This really is a book on how to stay active for life be it golf or whatever activity one prefers. It would have been much better to present the basic exercises first rather than the more advanced examples. I have been a life long regular aerobic exerciser and regular user of the exercise equipment at the local Y, and I found the exercises intimidating in the least and perhaps potentially dangerous for the novice.The basic message of the need for a "forever" mobility and exercise program is well presented and appropriately stressed. I'm not a golfer, but I found the message compelling and motivating.

Good book, exercises were good and helped.

I'm a sixty-something golfer, who previously suffered from chronic back pains and worried I'd have to quit the game. I bought this book, did the exercises as recommended every morning, and now I play golf with minimal back pain. I still do the exercises every morning--I'm afraid to stop doing them! Highly recommended!

Dr. Jaffee's "Play Golf Forever", is one of the best books I have read about golf and the body. We are avid golfers that plan on playing for along time. This book contains a wealth of information that is so important to the body and a successful fun game of golf! The way it is written made it easy to understand. My wife and I feel that any golfer would really enjoy this book!
